Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of any full-price merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Items purchased on sale (50 % off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, please go to our website at jwasdresses.com and follow the instructions provided. You will need your order number and the email address used for the order to begin the process. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and a shipping label to send the item(s) back.

Please note: shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned merchandise. Exchanges will be processed once your return is received and approved — the price difference will either be charged or refunded, as appropriate.

For items purchased in-store (including in our own retail locations but excluding outlet locations), please bring the merchandise along with your original receipt to any participating retail location. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account. If you have not received confirmation or your refund after this time, please revisit jwasdresses.com to check your return status.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, missing tags, or if it is not accompanied by the original packaging and accessories. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
